The guru never arrived. I have been waiting at the meeting point about half an hour while the tour was confirmed by the system. No answer on the phone as well.

Hello Vadim! Thanks for your feedback! Let us explain you why no show today! We clearly stated at the itinerary. If you book the tour at the last minutes(You booked our tour half an hour before our starting time) you definitely need the confirmation from us! As you mentioned tour was confirmed by the system? We did not have your booking in our system. Only we knew it while you called our hotline number at the starting time. Our guide was on a private tour and can not return your call but gave you message through guru walk as we don't accept last minutes tour but told you to reschedule it if you want. We are very upset for ONE STAR review and for misunderstanding between us. He didn't turn up and without notice

Hello, Michelle! Thank you for your feedback! Let me get a chance to explain no show on that day. I usually look at the tour booking. When i observed it in the morning, there was no booking for that day. Normally on that day, tour schedule is 3:30pm. I came to know (later in 2;00pm) that you booked it as last minute booking. So, i have no time to prepare for booking as i live a bit far away from downtown. Even though i normally don't run free walk if there is solo traveler when there is no other booking, but i would have rescheduled or arranged something for you if you booked me earlier. I am so sorry for your inconvenience. Please take note that once i knew your booking, i replied it right away. I think you got it? Your review made me feel sorry and have a chance to fix something that i should mention if it is a last minute booking, you should directly ask to the guide and need guide's confirmation.
