I booked my tour, after the booking I was asked by Giuseppe to change the day to another, I accepted and then realized he put me in another language that I do not speak, even that I was going to do the tour and then he cancelled last minute, so I changed 2 times my plan for this and at the end there was not tour.

Hi Enrique, Even though the language doesn't match the one you speak, I always do a double translation, so you shouldn't be concerned about that. Regarding the tour canceled for Sunday, I informed you the day before that I had a fever and cough. Tour guides can get sick too. This feedback is extremely unfair! Purtroppo non abbiamo potuto partecipare al tour, perché non abbiamo trovato Giuseppe al punto concordato, nonostante i 15 minuti di attesa prima e dopo l'orario di inizio previsto. Non ci sono stati avvisi da parte sua e abbiamo notato che due dei cinque mercati che dovevamo vedere durante il tour risultano chiusi la domenica (almeno secondo Google)...

Ciao Francesca, avevo avvisato nel gruppo che purtoppo per motivi di salute (avevo la febbre a 39) non avrei potuto fare il tour. Mi dispiace per questa recensione, non era mia intenzione rovinarvi i piani. Se siete ancora a Madrid posso offrirvi un altro slot per mercoledi 17?

Ciao Paolo, purtoppo ho avuto un imprevisto circa un ora e mezza prima dell`inizio del tour. Siamo umani e questo puo`accadere. Io comunque ti ho offerto altri slot per partecipare al tour anche fuori da quelli in programma per venire incontro alle tue esigenze. Mi dispiace non abbia apprezzato lo sforzo.
