Really disappointed. I booked the tour and the guide never came. We arrived early so we lost almost 1 hr. The guide did not answer the messages initially and when she did she said there was no booking which is not true. I have the mail confirming the booking. Real waste of time!!!!

As we had discussed in out private conversation, there was an issue with your reservation, which resulted in your booking not being reflected on my platform, therefore I wasn't aware of your reservation, since I didn't get any notifications about it. I only realised there was a booking, when you had already texted. I understand that you're frustrated about this situation, but sometimes technical issues are out of our hands. Hopefully you'll be back in Georgia anytime soon, and will give us another chance, because it was never my intention for you to be in this position, and I hope one day I'll be able to give you the tour.
