Eccellente tour della città vecchia di Khiva

The guide sent me a message which I missed seeing. I only saw the automatic messages, saying that the tour was on. Hence was disappointed when I arrived and there was nobody there. My suggestion is that when the guide is not coming, there should be a feature that allows them to disable the automatic messages. Particularly when one is traveling with limited connectivity, there is every possibility of missing a message.

I sent you 2 times that i was not making the tour due to my Aral Sea visit. It is not my fault that you were waiting for me I even have the proofs of that i let you about everything. So next time if you are leaving reviews please look at every messages that are sent to you by the guide and The automatic messages i don’t know how to disactivate them! I sent all the screenshots of those messages by WhatsApp!!! Everybody understood me except YOU

Hello! Firstly the meeting point is written on the tour description and secondly it is true that i changed the time due to my study which is acceptable. But i was there at 6pm and met the other walkers except you. You didn’t answer or come at the meeting point! Next time read everything carefully when you book other tours!
