Turned up for this tour and no guide appeared. Meeting point is a very crowded place with lots of other tourist starting tours with other organisations. Went to the tourism office opposite and they have never heard of this tour? Wasted my time and do not recommend. Katy, London, England.
Risposta dal GuruI was very sorry to hear you couldn't find the meeting spot, Katy. Asakusa is a very popular tourist location and I understand how finding the group can be challenging. That said, I try my best to ensure my guests have an easy go finding me. I send out the meeting location at booking and again the day before and I have a yellow flag to help people find me. On top of this, it's my policy to wait five minutes for stragglers. I also message everyone with the location of the first stop on the tour to give anyone who is late a chance to catch up. This is all communicated via the tour group chat. Again, I'm sorry you couldn't attend today's tour, and I hope you have a great time in Tokyo.
