We had a booking for four people at 11am today. We arrived early as instructed and waited for 25 minutes. Nobody showed up, there was no scheduled cancellation and when we tried to contact the guide we didn’t get any response.

Disappointed that this tour was cancelled. I don’t think cancellation of the tour on the morning of the tour is reasonable. Being on vacation we arrange our itinerary around various places and experiences and to have something that you have worked into your itinerary cancelled means that you have forfeited another experience for a tour that never eventuated! Poor form!
