Pinch of Singapore - Paga come vuoi Walk & Tour

This was cancelled at the last minute yesterday by the guide - not very happy

Te mueves mucho. Mucho tiempo viajando y caminando y poca información relevante. La gente cuando venimos por primera vez a Singapur, queremos saber su historia, costumbres, datos básicos... nada de esto fue explicado por nuestro guía. No lo recomiendo. Tuve que volver a todos los sitios después del tour (del que me fui antes porque no me interesaba) porque quiso cubrir los 3 barrios en 3 horas....

Not fair that these tours are cancelled last minute, especially when you have limited time to visit a city...

Thanks for the feedback. Unfortunately this is just as unfair for us when everything is written in our terms & conditions. Please do read all tours’ description before booking.

Actually, no reminder was received as it used to be one day before.

Hi Imran, Just a little note that we did send you a tour confirmation message in which there was no reply or confirmation from your end. A WhatsApp message as also been sent after seeing that there was no reply on this messaging platform to which there was also reply. We have marked you as no show for that date. I don't think we deserve to be rated one star just like this as we do text every guest upon confirmation of a tour. Have a great day ahead and thank you.

You 1 day ago Hi Gerard, Unfortunately there does not seem to be sufficient sign ups for tomorrow. Only 3 persons now, out of 8 required for the tour to start. Therefore there will be no tour tomorrow. Our next one is on the 10th Nov, morning. Do change your reservation if you are available. Appreciate. *do cancel this reservation or allow us to cancel for you. You may or may not receive an auto message from this platform saying ‘no show’ from your side. I know It is not true but there is no other way to change their auto reply template. Thanks. Wishing you a great time in SG
