Grand tour di Lubiana con la First Lady slovena al Polo Nord

We didn't visit many historical places around the city. Instead we spent a lot of time in a chocolate shop. I thought that the payment of guru walk is free based on tips that you want, instead this tour guide asks for specific amount to pay. She didn't interact with the group althought we were small group. Historical information were missing

Dear Maria, on a tour you visited Vurnik House, Grand Hotel Union, Savings Bank, Urbanc house, Preseren square, Triple Bridge, Central Market Dragon Bridge, Cathedral, Town Hall, Shoemaker Bridge, Congress square and many other places. It is a places that are mentioned in describtion of my tour and if you think is not enough for 2 hours tour, than why did you join the tour. It is clearly written on my profile what you will visit and those promised places you did visit. So, in this point your comment is unfair. We spend 6-7 minutes in chocolate shop and we have this as part of the tour, because most Guru walkers like it. It looks like you do not want to read Guru profiles of the guides. It is clearly written that is free reservation, free cancelation, free modification, but Guru walk is not free, it is tip based and it also clearly says that it should be fair payment from Guru walkers. I am really sorry but your payment of 2€ after receiving at least 10 samples of food, drinks and 2 hours guided tour, was offensive. I did not ask you to pay more than that, I gave you your money back and you got the tour for free, because if I can not get a fair payment from you and you do not value my work, than I do not want any money from you. I do not feel bad giving you and your family tour for free, but I would feel very bad if I would accept your offensive payment. 2€ do not cover even the costs!!! And your comment was that you use Guru guides many times and you always pay like that, which is even worst, because it does show your respect to other people. On profile of every Guru guide is written that payment should be fair and under the section "How much does it cost" it is clearly written that tip is from 10€-50$ per person. This was not written by me, this is the Guru plartform, which is informing you about the cost. Same information you get also during the process of reservation. Which again, not me, Guru platform is informing you that payment needs to be fair and from 10€ per person. And yes in my message I did remind you to check the section "How much it costs" from Guru platform, so if you do not agree with that, you had plenty of possibilites to stop the reservation process and to leave space to someone who is willing to pay fair payment. I did not interact with you much, because you had a tiny baby with you and you had to walk and make your baby calm down. So, if half of the time you give attention to your baby, than I respect that family comes first and do not interupt you. So, not only that you tried to pay only 2€ per person, which is unfair for any Guru tour, even if there is no samples of food or drink, but than you even write a negative comment. Dear Maria,
