Our guide never showed up and didn’t contact us. There were several of us waiting and we only had 1 day to see the area.

Jakov didn't show up. We waited, along with another woman who had booked the tour. He never communicated that he was cancelling. Very disappointing for our first Guruwalk.

Our guide didn’t show up, didn’t tell us he wasn’t coming, and grouped us with other tours without letting us know, leaving us confused and with a much larger group than we were expecting based on number of registered guests. We chose our tour in large part because of the guide’s bio, so not having him show up, or tell us he wasn’t coming was really disappointing. The tour group was too big to hear the guide, and it felt like they commonly combined tours and switched guides without letting the walkers know

The guide did not come, 5 person were waiting. One hour later the guide informed via chat, that he had personal emergency. We took the other payed tour,
