    Very disappointing experience. We booked an English speaking tour for 10am, meeting at the Cathedral. Despite the correct location and guide (Ligto), the tour was actually in Spanish. We were offered no assistance or explanation. We eventually received a message saying our tour was starting at a different location with a different guide. By the time we got there, they were gone. Absolutely ridiculous!!!!

    Die Tour wurde Last Minute auf den Nachmittag verschoben. Am besagten Treffpunkt konnten wir unseren Guide nicht finden …
