Poor experience. Got cancelled at 8.30 am tour was scheduled for 10. I will never book through Guruwalk again. Go to another company.

I didn't have the minimum number of attendees for this tour. I told you the night before that if i didn't have the minimum number of people, the tour wouldn't take place. Regards.

Our guide had quite a bad attitude, and at the end, he asked us for more money than we had given him. He told us that the tour wasn’t free and that we had to give him 10€ per person, defending his demand by saying this was his job and that we were being rude. The tour itself was actually very informative, but his attitude was unbearable. In the end, he made it feel like we hadn’t even attended the walk! He didn't even talk about Anne Frank. So unprofessional, uncomfortable, and unpleasant! I would not recommend.

How it’s possible that everyone shake my hand at the end of this tour and telling me that was so good. I finish this tour with claps indeed a walker for Israel told to me thank you and I have 1 star from your side with out any justification?
