I contacted Safae the night before the tour to check on the meeting point. She did not respond so I went to the meeting point in the tour details but she did not turn up. I asked many people around this meeting point but they could not help? I don’t know what happened.
In the end she forced me to pay and during the tour she spoke more french than english, while in the beginning I said i prefer english.

She didn’t come to the meeting point, we didn’t do the tour because she didn’t appear at all. We asked some colleagues they were also around and they told us she was with another group of Americans, even though at the time of booking it appeared she was available for the time and day we picked up. It is either zero professionalism from her or zero organisation of GuruWalk platform.
