I signed up for the tour, received confirmations and arrived on time but no guide was there. I called two numbers provided to no avail and the emails to get help were unanswered. Don’t book this tour!
6 people turned up for the trip and no guide arrived. We received no communication or apology. Do not waste your time booking this tour
Pésimo. El guía nunca se presentó ni avisó que no iba a venir. 1/2 día perdido de vacaciones. Imperdonable!! Appalling. The guide never showed up or warned that she was not coming. 1/2 day lost on vacation. Unforgivable!!
El guìa que nos hizo el free tour no estaba preparado para hacer un free tour. Un free tour de apenas 1 hora sin apenas datos històricos ni de interés. Hay que preparase el tour para poder llevarlo a cabo.
