VERY disappointed. Theodore was super rude!! We left at the beginning of the tour because upon checking in, we were treated with such disrespect. I said the name of our reservation and he asked if i had 2 reservations. I said, “no”, with which he snapped back with, “yes you do”, in the most condescending, passive aggressive tone. I was confused myself with this and obviously it was a mistake because why would i make 2 reservations on purpose? Anyways, i said that i wasn’t sure how that happened and he continued to show me on his phone that we had 2 reservations, not providing any next steps to proceed. So i asked if i should cancel 1 and he said, “yes just go cancel 1”. I canceled it and showed him and he just dismissed us and went on to greet the people who came. This was truly a horrible experience and I’ve done many tours like this before and i have never felt more unwelcomed and treated with such disrespect and unprofessionalism. We left the tour as we didn’t feel like he wanted us there at all, due to this small mishap. Wouldn’t recommend this guide at all unless you want to be with someone as rude as Theodore.

I was automatically put off by the guide's attitude: his eyes glued to his mobile phone, obviously annoyed, no greeting when I arrived, no eye contact, no smile, very rude to say the least and I saw the story repeated for the others who arrived afterwards. When he started talking, he alluded to the fact that groups often ended up exchanging numbers and probably a few children were born as a result... I found this really inappropriate and I didn't see anyone laughing. In the same vein, he also said that he had developed an ability to lie when he didn't know the answers, and to clearly expect to be paid. I've always paid my free tour guides, because they've always been excellent and you could tell they were passionate about their work and their city. In this case, I followed the group for about 10 minutes before leaving, because I really didn't like the atmosphere. I replied to the survey saying that I hadn't taken part in the activity because I didn't want the platform to charge him any fees because of me and he wouldn't get his money back at the end of the month...
