I did arrive to Toledo on time. The guide wanted to change the meeting time. I could not reach the meeting point within her new timeframe. I was then offered a later tour time in Spanish. I don’t speak Spanish. So I cancelled. Disappointing but I found another tour guide company that provided excellent service.

First of all, you agreed to the time change without any problem and it is true that later I asked you if you would not mind if someone could translate the tour that we would do in Spanish but with an English translator (at no time did I mention that you had to do the tour only in Spanish so there has been a misunderstanding) you told me that you had already found another tour in English. So I see that this comment only has the intention of harming without any reason since you enjoyed a tour.

Whole time spent on the Christian and Muslim religions. Nothing covering the Jewish culture. Very disappointing.
