I arrived to the English tour I had already booked. He didn’t have any signs of Guru walk, no umbrella, Lanyard or any other sign to find him. I recognise him using the picture of the Website when I found Him he was already speaking in German, I tried several time to stopped him burñ he pretended not to see me while people from the group clearly uncomfortable were looking at me. Not a nice experience at all.

The thing ist, the tour tour today was indeed planned in English language originally, and we started the tour punctually at 2 pm. Everybody who was there until then spoke German, so that at the very beginning I suggested to give the tour in German. All participants agreed, at the same time I clearly announced, if any English speaking person would still join in the next few minutes, we would switch to English immediately. Also this was okay for everybody, I went sure. In the course of the tour, it was not apparent for me at any point of time that a new person was about to join the tour. So if it really was as you describe, I am truly sorry that I did not recognize you - but I surely never was tried to be stoppped or interrupted by anybody in my perception. So for the next time, please feel free to address me in a more direct and obvious way so that I have the chance at all to react adequately. So again, I feel very sorry for your bad experience - it was for sure not intended by me the way it went. I hope, you still had a great stay in Regensburg anyway!
