The guides always have in mind to improve their performance through constructive comments, so that we all grow and meet expectations. But no one is perfect, so it's impossible to please everyone, even though we all try. I hope that in the future, you will use more constructive words towards my colleagues, with whom you take tours at guruwalks, and that you will respect their work by not leaving the tour in the middle and not complying with the rules of civility, respecting the engagement of other participants on the tour, and respect the tip minimum. Hi Jenna. I hope you are well. I deeply regret what happened, but due to a terminal illness of a close relative, my life recently has been difficult. In reality, I thought I had the slot blocked, since I spent the night at the hospital close to my daugther. I woke up at 11 and 3 minutes realizing that I had forgotten to block the tour. Now I have help with appointment management, and I renew my commitment to improving as much as possible. I hope you have the best holidays and experiences. We were at the meeting point 5 minutes earlier and nobody was there, we asked another Tourguide what is happening and he said that this guide sometimes doesn’t show up!!!!

By mistake, I forgot yours that it was just a reservation, and as it is written on the platform, a minimum of 4 participants is required, and you were the only reservation. The other guides have no moral opinion on my tour, they are not local and much less Portuguese. Your evaluation of a tour, which you did not take, is baseless and unfair. It’s not a walking tour. It’s a storytelling tour. He hardly take us around the town. We ended up standing in some shades and listen to history and stories most of the time.

This client did not complete the route leaving the tour a quarter of the way, revealing impatience and constant haste. Thus, the assessment lacks elements not performed by these tourists.
