We were there at 3:20. No guide. 3:30, No guide. Told to be there at 4:00 o’clock. No guide We are disappointed not to have a guided tour in Guimaraes. I know I booked late and it was raining but still!😓

We signed up for an English tour 2 days prior. It was confirmed the day before. On the day of the tour, the guide showed up 5 minutes late and informed us that there is no English tour at the time we signed up for. Waste of time.

Una vergüenza, me cancelaron el tour en el mismo día, 2h antes. Dado que muchas personas venimos expresamente a la ciudad por la visita, me parece una falta de respeto. No lo recomiendo.
