Our group were in the right spot, 15 minutes ahead, waited 40 min but the guide never showed up! It was our last day in Madrid and it was too late to find another tour. Very disapointed!

No one showed up for the tour and I tried to get help through messages but no one responded. We waited half an hour and no communication at all. Still waiting for a reply

It doesn't seem like the guru showed up. I waited around for 20 minutes, looking and looking for that "beautiful banner" mentioned in the description but couldn't see it. You should explain in more detail how to find the guru.
