The tour was not canceled. The guide never showed up and never answered our messages enquiring where they were. We were in front of the Burberry Store as instructed and waited 20 minutes after the start time

20/09/2021 arrived at settled time & place, but found no guru (no yellow umbrella), but previously I got confirmation via mail and nobody contacted me with other info. I'm really sorry to write this, but that was the experience. Hope everything is fine with the guide. Good luck!

Dear Gleb, we are very sorry that you haven't found the guide. He was at the meeting point with our traditional umbrella, but I understand very well that the Freedom Square is really big and it's easy to get lost. Just in case, for the future travellers, our meeting point is exactly in front of the Burberry shop at Freedom Square, 2.
