Very disappointed with this tour. They changed the date originally cause of the availability of the tour guide (which was absolutely fine) and then they promised us it would go ahead the following day - and ultimately cancelled it again leaving us no time to find an alternative. Very selfish of them as they evidently could have been honest with us about the possibility, it left a bitter taste. I hope the individual who was going to give the tour recovers okay.

Tuvieron que cancelarnos el tour porque el guía estaba enfermo. Eso no fue el problema, le puede pasar a cualquiera. Pero nos avisaron con menos de una día de anticipación y solo mediante la plataforma de GuruWalk, con lo cual no llegué a ver el mensaje hasta el momento del tour. Teniendo y habiendo proporcionado tantas vías de comunicación -llamada, mensaje, wpp- me llama la atención y me decepcionó que no hayan intentado comunicar el cambio por otros lados, viendo que claramente no había abierto el mensaje de la plataforma cuando lo mandaron. Una pena.

I don’t recommend. I always do free tour when I travel. It’s the worst I have done in years…. Nothing interesting.

The time of this tour was changed four times and then the guide failed to turn up at the agreed time. It’s interesting that I was only contacted 20 minutes after the final allotted time suggesting to me that they couldn’t be bothered as they had my contact number and would have been able to notify me if they were simply late!
