I would have given it a 5 star if I wasn’t scammed at the restaurant the Guru took us to at the end of the tour. The tour was on May 19th and our guru was great - knowledgeable, easy going, happy to interact with us and take questions. He also gave advice on how to avoid certain places to not get scammed but it now sounds ironic that I was scammed at the very same restaurant he took us to at the last visit of the tour.The place is called MAYYAS which is the last stop. Our Guru did mention we shouldn’t feel obligated to order anything but I stayed because I enjoyed the tour and the food seemed nice. However as I finished the meal and was about to pay, the server asked me for 455 lira when my order slip clearly showed 410. Then he told me there’s a 10% service charge and showed me on the menu( partially my fault not seeing that at the bottom of the menu when I ordered). I agreed and gave him 460 but he only gave me 5 lira back and told me again it was 455. Only when I showed him on the calculator that it should only cost 451(including the 10%) that he gave back 10 lira. This is not a huge amount but left me with really unpleasant experience, especially after enjoying a fantastic tour with the guru. You guys need to be careful with your partners, I think some are just taking the credibilities of your gurus to scam the tourists.
