    We were ontime for our tour. The guide looked at my confirmation email and said we were waiting for 1 more person. The person arrived and the guide started talking about another tour. I reminded her of the tour I'd booked, she said she hadn't really looked at my email and that the tour I'd booked was canceled. At no point did GuruWalk inform me that it was canceled! What a waste of my time. And then, just to show how little attention GuruWalk is paying, they then send me this email asking me to rate the tour they think I took. Get it together GuruWalk.

    The guru cancelled the tour because a tourist was less than 5, that’s all she explained. But I didn’t notice that it should be more than 5 tourists to manage the tour. She was polite, but the reason cannot convince me. They should mention all information on the website.

    My tour was canceled but I was not notified. A different guide knew and updated me when we arrived.
