    When I arrived for the tour, the guide told me he couldn't give it in English because only two people signed up for English and everyone else spoke Portuguese. I don't understand why they would offer this iron and then refuse to follow through rather than accommodate all speakers. I was very disappointed and left.

    The tour guide didn't show up. We messaged him and no reply. Disappointing as we'd planned our evening around it.
