It was a bit rainy but no message of cancellation was issued. I arrived to the randevouz point 20 min. in advance, only to find out no one was there. Having waited for 30 min. with still no one there I had to leave. No one issued a cancellation message or an apology. Apart from that, all correspondence messages were being sent in Spanish, although the tour was supposed to be in English. Disgraceful!
We did not see any yellow umbrella at that corner so we joined another group. That tour (red umbrella) was fantastic.
Tour guide did not speak good English he was very hard too understand
Unfortunately, our guide was not very fluent/proficient in English. It was very difficult and often impossible to understand him. We left the tour early because of this.
Very disappointed. The originally booked tour was cancelled, so I booked a different one. We woke up early, got a quick breakfast to be on time, found a guy with yellow umbrella who told us he doesn't know where we should meet our guide. He said there are no English tours at that time, but I booked the English tour and rechecked the details with him. He directed us to other guides, those directed me to another guide who directed me back to them,in the end we gave up and walked by ourselves through the city.
