This is not true. I informed you one day before the tour not on the tour day which gave you plenty of time to book another old city tour. You literally cancelled your booking after my message so you saw the message a day before the tour. I don't know why you decided to write a dishonest message here. Also keep in mind booking a tour months ahead doesn't mean it's guaranteed to happen. We tour guides are also human beings we may have family emergencies, other commitments or simply need days off. I informed you early on and apologized for the inconvenience. I wish we could share screenshots here so everyone could see the message and when I sent it.

First of all, we misread the description and thought the tour was Free walking tour concept, so we left after the tour. However guide and his friend stated messaging is with threads and saying “we will find you in Istanbul, it’s very small place”

This maybe because you guys did not speak English and kept chatting loudly in Spanish throughout the tour disturbing everyone. So I had to warn you for protecting the rights of other people in the tour.
