1,5 Hours before the tour they rejected

We received a message via WhatsApp after the tour criticizing the amount of money we gave - which was by the way not correct. I perceived that as highly unprofessional and therefore can’t recommend the tour. Even thought I understand that it’s a job I can not understand why you should be offering your tour as “free walking tour” if you are expecting a certain amount of money. The TIP (!) we gave was based on how well Christian matched our expectations and that should be accepted.

I was not impressed with this walk. Good to know history, but best to wander around on your own.

However, we want to highlight that by joining our public tour, we give you the opportunity to immerse yourself in a unique group experience, where you can make new friends and discover fascinating places, even if it is for a few hours, but that was not their attitude, apart from the other people and showing little interest. Our tour is carefully structured and has been perfected over years of dedication. Every detail has been carefully planned to ensure a memorable experience. Therefore, we are surprised by your suggestion to explore on your own, since you would miss the opportunity to access special corners and hidden alleys that our tour reveals.

The vibe of the guru and the information provided were amazing! We were very disappointed as the tour started with 20 min delay and they put us standing in a bus where we needed to pay extra, something that was not communicated in the tour description. In addition, the name of the tour is Graffiti tour and they explained 2 graffiti. We stopped every 10 min for 10 to 15 min to every local business located there. Not a fault of the guru but to the ones who decided the route of the tour. It is not a graffiti tour but a tour to local businesses:(
