We booked in advance. Used the filter to select english tours and dates. Found two tours we were interested in. Selected. Got the email prompting us to confirm. We did. Got the email asking is to engage in chat with other walkers. Day of, showed up 15 minutes early as requested. The guide did not have our reservations and no english speaking guide was available. We were handed over to another company. Why were we not contacted? We planned our vacation to have a day of 2 walking tours and ended up getting the same tour twice. We have used Guru in other countries successfully.

Don't use this company. You can't trust them at all. The guide didn't show up and he didn't leave any message. The company published different names for the tours but they really the same. The service is bad. Very disappointing

When I arrived to the meeting point then another tour guide told that English tour was cancelled. Very disapointed, this kind of information should be sent earlier :(
