Our tour guide lacked the experience and professionalism that were needed to manage a group of more than 30 people. She needs to improve herself before taking on this big of a group in the future. When you have a big group, only being loud for everyone to hear you is not enough. Especially if you are taking the group to the most crowded point in the city, you should make use of your umbrella and make yourself visible. Also, when you are leading the way to the next place, you can't stop to answer one individual's private question. You should answer while walking not to make 30 people wait for you to talk to one person privately. All in all, she was unprofessional and we wanted to left before the end but we waited out of respect.

I will not walk around with 1 guide and 40 tourists. Get your tours organized so that there is a decent amount of people on the group. I will not use your tours any or until I hear that groups are limited to a certain number. Charge the people for the tour before hand. The FREE is anyhow NOT the correct name to promote

Dear Oliver, you clearly have not been on one of our tours because we never got your booking. If you were to join our tour you would see that we split the groups every tour so that every guest can enjoy the tour fully. Try joining us in another town and then leave an honest review. I didn't go on your walking tour, too many people and just 1 guide, maybe 40 persons, how could it be enjoyable and pleasant !! You're asking people to sign for a tour booking, so you must know how many people will be on the tour, and then provide 1 guide for about 20 pax max. Not
