Hi Susan. thanks for your feedback. I'm sorry that you found the tour too serious. I tell people at the beginning that this is not a fun tour - it is about the Holocaust after all. I do try to make the tour as gezellig (friendly and convivial) as possible by encouraging tourgoers to talk with one another between the stops, which usually works. Best wishes, Jon
