I arrived 15 minutes in advance and waited until 10 minutes after the tour was meant to start - Tsoomoo never showed up.
I waited in the designated meeting place for 20 minutes (from 14:15 to 14:35) and couldn’t find the guide - they hadn’t shown up yet. I didn’t have data/internet to message, so left.
Interesting tour - a good combination of history and fun facts (the giraffe was my favourite). It took just over 2 hours and was a great introduction to Florence. I took one of the recommendations for lunch, which turned out to be the best pizza I have ever eaten. Ps. In case anyone is interested: gusta pizza has the incredible pizza.
