One of the best free walking tours I've ever joined - loved the enthusiasm, interactions and generous "extra-mile" attitude of the guide. We had a really great time. Pura vida !
Really good and cool tour, loved the guide's personality. Just put 4 stars for the delivery sometimes, but mostly the fact that we didn't learn so much about life in Bologna, its people, little connection between the past/history and the present. But yeah, the tour is called "the 7 secrets of Bologna", so that was the main goal, I guess... Totally recommended if you have no particular expectations!
One of the best guided tours I've ever attended! If not the best, taking into account the facts that 1) I had done other tours in Rome, 2) the theme/subject was not, per se, the most "fun" one on paper, and 3) the route covers many very crowded/central/touristy places in Rome. Yet Pedro managed to captivate us, deal smoothly with the crowd and make famous/familiar locations be surprising! Such thorough knowledge and explanations, conveyed in the most easy-to-follow, friendly, interactive and passionate way! Pedro is not even a guide by training (he's an architect), yet he succeeded with flying colours to bring what many "professional" guides fail to achieve by being just "informative" (or "comedians"): trigger your intelligence, create links and offer you a perspective you would never or hardly have had otherwise. The icing on the cake? The tour was meant to be 3hrs: it lasted 5 HOURS and never in my life have 5 hours seemed like 20 minutes ! Thank you so much Pedro, all the best to you and may other people enjoy your guidance, in Rome or elsewhere!
