Thank you for taking the time to leave a review about our free walking tour of Valparaíso. We appreciate your feedback and take it very seriously.
We also apologize for the noise on the streets. We understand that this can be disruptive, and we will try to do better in the future to mitigate noise levels.
We would like to point out that you took the tour on March 8th, which was International Women's Day. There was a large feminist march taking place in Valparaíso that day, which caused some disruptions to our tour. We did warn you in advance about the march.
We are sorry to hear that you were not satisfied with the tour. We understand that our guide's English speaking skills were not as good as you have experienced with other guides. We are always working to improve our guides' language skills, and we will take your feedback into account.
We understand that you may be disappointed with your experience. Unfortunately we cannot control situations that are beyond our control.
