Alpaca steps - Guida turistica a La Paz

This review contains false statements. Alpaca Steps does not offer a third tour. Claiming that a “third tour” existed and that we “left” the guest is incorrect and misrepresents our services. Only two tours were booked, and both were operated as scheduled, which can be verified through reviews from other guests on the same dates. The guest did not arrive at the meeting point and did not respond to messages at the time. The guide was present and waiting according to our policy. Weather was not an issue. It is summer in La Paz, with normal conditions and no meteorological events that could have prevented arrival (Rainy season starts next month) and the claim about “terrain” is not accurate. The meeting point is in the city center, in an easily accessible urban area with no difficult or unsafe conditions.
