Dani was amazing! Great information and cultural insights. And we loved the meal at the restaurant he recommended.
I have taken many tours all over the world and this was maybe the worst. While the guide was very nice, she provided almost no information and could not answer questions like when Kigali was founded. We went to a couple of points of interest where she basically handed us over to the people associated with those places (art gallery and Belgian Peacekeepers Memorial). There was no guiding beyond getting us from point a to point b. And at the end we were told we had to pay a minimum of $25-50 USD which feels inappropriate for a tour this short and this lacking in information. I would advise against taking this tour (you can go to the same spaces yourself with the equivalent experience).
Sergio was fantastic! Immensely knowledgeable and a great presenter. I learned a lot and really enjoyed it!
