Hello, Filip cancelled tour on the short notice by writing me a messsge via app, but I did not have an access to the app so did not see it. I changed my plans to accommodate this tour and was waiting at the meeting point. I wss not able too join any other tours so was left without a tour. For some reasons Filip wrote a messsage " hope you enjoyed the tour ' asking for the feedback, as if tour has been delivered. I was left disappointed as only had 1 day in Zagreb.

I did send a message a few hours in advance to inform you of the cancellation and to recommend other licensed guides who could have provided a similar experience. Unfortunately, it appears that the message did not reach your attention in time. The follow-up message asking for feedback was an automated response that should not have been sent, and I apologize for any confusion it caused.
I genuinely enjoy sharing my love for Zagreb with travelers and regret that this situation led to such a negative experience for you. I am committed to improving communication for future tours to ensure this doesn't happen again.
