It was like walking with a friend who lives here. We liked George and the tour very very much. I highly recommend taking this tour to learn about all the cool details about Jewish quarter. Don’t miss out if you have time during your visit in Budapest. He also supports by arranging the tour according to participants’ needs.

Unfortunately not what is was advertised as... alot of standing and listening to over explanations and not enthusiastic about routine bars yet that is part of the tour description, other guru tours I have been on have been on hav3 be3n fantastic I felt this was not a good use of precious time on holiday.. a different tour guide may give a completely different vibe...

Hi Rebecca! I am sorry that you didn' enjoy the tour. But I think it contained what was advertised. We talked about Jewish history (something you weren't interested in), street art, and ruin bars (I told you how they came to be, we visited the coolest and most famous one, I show you where others are - unfortunately most were closed at the time, but I have no control over their openning hours). If you have been the only one on the tour we could talked about that topic even more, but since you weren't, we couldn't do that. I understand your notion that time is precious when you are travelling, but you should pick tours that are more focused on the particular topic you are interested in. Again, I am sorry you didn't enjoy the tour.

George was really informative. He provided lots of information and showed us things we might ordinarily have missed. He also gave some great tips on places to eat out. Highly recommend 😀
