This reply is not only for you is for all the entitled people who can't use google and plan ahead to be on time. All our tours are confirmed, and we departed on time, it is not our fault that you coudn't find a meeting point and not even mention it, we sent a confirmation message 10 minutes before the tour started, then another one to tell everyone who was late where you could find us, but you didn't even reply, I hope other people read this becuase we will not wait for poeple late, lost, or whatever reason to not show up on time and we do not care about the review blackmailing, nowadays everyone feel special and entitled and no matter how many bads reviews we may receive, we will not wait for people arriving late neighther provide special treatments to nobody, use google, plan, read, be early and arrive on time.
