I did two tours in Yerevan, one by Arman first and then one by someone else. After the 2nd one I realized the tour operated by Arman was a thousand times better - he was patient and not in a rush at all, the information he gave us was so interesting and useful, his answers to various types of questions (on various topics, even geopolitics :-D ) from the participants seemed very genuine and un-biased. I highly recommend Arman's tour!
