First of all we would like to give a big shout out to our Guru guide Mahmoud 👏, who went to the other side of the medina to reach us when our tour van dropped us on the opposite side of the starting point. Also thank you for doing the tour even if we are only 2 people 😊. We had an amazing time doing the tour. Mahmoud was very knowledgeable about his town and the history of Morocco. He gave information that we would never find out if we just walk around the medina or search the internet. We visited all the Instagramable places, with small tidbits of why the site became famous. The walk was peaceful, comfortable and not in a hurry, everything was chill from the streets to the vendors and even our guide. So if you are visiting Chefchaouen, book a walking tour with Mahmoud, Karim's co-host on Guruwalk. Your 2 hours won't be a waste, it would be one of the informative, chill and fun walking tour you'll have.
One of the best walking tour we have done. We've seen Fes from the high vista to the smallest alley. 4 hours worth of your time if you are visiting Fes. Brother Abdel guided us through the maze of Fes with ease and gave us info we would not get from other guides. We also had an extra visit after the tour, to a Berber Pharmacy, when we asked where to buy good mint tea and oil.
