Horrendous. Willy didn’t turn up for the morning tour - no explanation except it’s Colombia. Late for the afternoon tour. Very few facts and the ones he shared were incorrect. He ate half the food we bought. He got into a scuffle with a local boy. Hard sell in an emerald store too. Complained at the very generous tip we gave him at the end.

Victor is obviously well read. However, keep your distance if he is using the loud speaker - it was way too loud. Know the history of Panama first, otherwise his tour doesn't make a lot of sense.
