Come Skopyan di quinta generazione, mi sento molto appassionato della mia città e vorrei presentarla ai visitatori stranieri, nel miglior modo possibile. Possiedo una conoscenza ampia e approfondita della cultura, della tradizione e della storia di Skopje, dei suoi luoghi, della gente, degli edifici ecc., che voglio condividere con i nostri ospiti e lasciare una buona impressione per dare loro un motivo per tornare ancora. Aleksandar was a brilliant guide who I’d highly recommend for anybody visiting Skopje and wants to have a fun and full understanding of Macedonia. Before the tour I found Skopje weird and confusing but after the tour I feel I have a much better experience and connection with the place. Aleksandar was funny (I was laughing almost the whole time), honest and extremely knowledgeable (not only of Macedonia, but the history of the world in general, making multiple references to my home country of Scotland) and enthusiastic. He was open to questions and answered all with interest and a great breadth of knowledge. This tour will be a highlight of my time in Macedonia
The Skopje walking tour was unforgettable, even though it rained—we still went ahead and had a fantastic time. With just two of us, Aleksandar made the experience feel personal and engaging. He’s incredibly intelligent and knows a lot about the world, often making references to my region and home country, which made the tour feel tailored and meaningful. Aleksandar was also very caring; when the other participant didn’t have an umbrella, he went out of his way to get one for her for free. The route was well-planned, easy to walk, and covered the highlights of the city. Highly recommend Aleksandar for anyone wanting a thoughtful, knowledgeable, and friendly guide in Skopje
Aleksandar is an extremely educated, experienced, and positive person. It was a great pleasure walking with him around the city. He’s got so much to tell you regarding those things that you can see around (as well as the connections with different time periods and places) Highly recommend taking part in his guided tours.
