Our guide seemed to know everything about the city, I love how he knew the answers to all the questions. Overall we liked the tour because of him personally but it was a really big group of over 20 people so a lot of times it was difficult to hear the information he was sharing. It would be great for the company to get the guides a microphone with a voice amplifier for such big groups. Or have smaller groups up to 15 people.

I think we had over 20 people. Not too sure , however, it was a nice sized group. Sophia did an amazing job, keeping us engaged, showing the key places around Ghents and the history. The size was large and she did a great job keep us all together. I would 100% recommend the tour , especially Sophia. It was the right amount of time and the right amount of information was provided.
