Nice guy who knows a lot about the city and its history. Would definitly recommend the tour for those who just arrived in the City, because of the tips he gave to us.
Emma is very smart and kind, and guided us through the busy streets of Hanoi. Her informations about the places and culture are incredible, like a history class. Only thing I would change is that we had to wait a lot for some people to arrive for the tour, and then we couldn't be at the train station the moment it passed. It would be nice to respect the time of the tour so we don't miss anything since it is a really good itinerary.
Nick is the niciest person we've met in Tailandia. He has such a great sense of humor and his informations about the culture and the city placas to see were gold. We totally recomend him as a guide trough the streets of Chiang Mai. Only thing is to prepare yourself to walk a lot since the tour was of 4,5h.
