Dopo anni di viaggi in tutta Europa attraverso programmi di volontariato e scambi culturali, come Workaway e WWOOF, ho deciso di stabilirmi nella mia città natale e offrire tour gratuiti ai visitatori. We’re really grateful that we chose Ledion as our tour guide for the walking tour in Berat. He showed us around the city (both walking as well as driving around in our rented car) including the Castle, main square, Gorica, Mangalem not like your usual guides but like a local friend who is passionate about his city, country and community in general. Other than explaining the usual historical tid bits, he shared local anecdotes from his own personal experiences and that of the local Berati community. Ledion did not hesitate in going and beyond the tour expectations - he even shared really good local cafe, restaurant, supermarket recommendations and even shared some of his own farm produced extra virgin olive oil for a super reasonable price. We would totally recommend anyone and everyone to book a tour with Ledion if you’re looking for a customised offbeat true local experience of Berat.
