Ciao! Mi chiamo Aarre Safari e sono nato a Detroit, residente ad Amsterdam da oltre 17 anni, con un master in storia olandese appena completato. Il mio amore per la terra olandese è consolidato da tempo grazie all'elevata qualità della vita e al centro città mozzafiato di Amsterdam. I miei interessi personali includono sia l'insegnamento che l'apprendimento dell'età dell'oro: i circa 100 anni in cui gli olandesi hanno dominato il commercio globale. Inoltre, adoro far conoscere ad amici e ospiti la sorprendente cultura dei pub locali e dei caffè in stile XVII secolo nascosti nel centro storico. This was the highlight of our trip to Amsterdam! Aarre is super knowledgeable and engaging, learned so many things about Amsterdam. Highly recommend this tour :)
Seriously one of the best tours I did! Great historical information, as well as a good and respectful explanation of the Red Light District. Really friendly and polite guide, was super understanding of our need to translate for our mother and explained everything perfectly. Recommend 100% !
This was the best tour I have ever had. Aarre has a masters degree in history & knew so much about the neighborhood. He was very down to earth and it was like walking around town with a friend. Must do!
Not good. The tour guide didn’t turn up and he didn’t bother cancelling or informing. Only when I reached the meeting point and Messaged, he said he cant make it. Never again!
