Terrible experience, I arrived on time at the meeting place but no guide to be seen. Later on I found out his phone was not charged, I joined another tour and found out that this guide is very unreliable as they had several guests with the same experience.

Elton was an excellent guide - gave thorough explanations and answered all questions, helped with my Albanian pronunciation and offered suggestions on places to eat / drink as well where to visit outside of the capital. Would fully recommend.
