VERY disappointed. Theodore was super rude!! We left at the beginning of the tour because upon checking in, we were treated with such disrespect. I said the name of our reservation and he asked if i had 2 reservations. I said, “no”, with which he snapped back with, “yes you do”, in the most condescending, passive aggressive tone. I was confused myself with this and obviously it was a mistake because why would i make 2 reservations on purpose? Anyways, i said that i wasn’t sure how that happened and he continued to show me on his phone that we had 2 reservations, not providing any next steps to proceed. So i asked if i should cancel 1 and he said, “yes just go cancel 1”. I canceled it and showed him and he just dismissed us and went on to greet the people who came. This was truly a horrible experience and I’ve done many tours like this before and i have never felt more unwelcomed and treated with such disrespect and unprofessionalism. We left the tour as we didn’t feel like he wanted us there at all, due to this small mishap. Wouldn’t recommend this guide at all unless you want to be with someone as rude as Theodore.
