This tour is fantastic. If you like good food and to immerse yourself in the culture of Peru, Paolo is your guide. His English is excellent and all of the stops were within a rather short walking distance that was packed full with fun and interesting culture / food stories. Make sure you are hungry as there are many opportunities to taste and buy. You simply must put this on your itinerary for Arequipa.
Would highly recommend this tour as it is rather different from your regular city tour not only giving you an insight into the architecture and development of the city but also sample the places the locals go. Alfredo was a wealth of information providing a casual walking pace and plenty of stops to experience the local food. He also got us to the fountain park on time and set up in a great viewing spot for the show. Highly recommend.
Fantastic tour by Hannelore and her many years of experience was to our benefit with quality information in a relaxed paced tour. The other bonus was the small group size and if you are planning on visiting in the summer the morning tour is cooler.
An excellent tour with lots of information delivered in a very passionate and clear fashion by Santiago. The only down side being the group had around 50 people in it making it difficult to walk and hear the commentary at all the stops but to be fair I also didn’t force my way to the front of the group either.
