Thank you for your feedback, even the private one. I just want to answer to the communication feedback: I can’t speak with a loud voice using the radios, I would be too loud in your ears. The city is noisy and that’s why I use the devices. About the request of seeing the off the beaten path spots: the coffee is the off the beaten path theme. I’m the only one doing this type of tour showing you the highlights of the city, like clearly written both in the title and the long description of the tour, where I wrote every single thing we see together ☺️ I got my score lower now cause of to things you should have read before booking. Please, for future tours read the description of my colleagues. Low scores without a real issue, just ruing a lot of hard work. Thank you anyway for joining and keep up learning Italian.
